This page is dedicated to the history of the Mathematics department at East Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas (formerly East Texas State University and Texas A&M University - Commerce).
For around 50 years, from the mid-1970s until the mid-2020s, the Math department was housed in Binnion Hall. In 2025, the department was moved to the Frank Young Education North building.
